About RTCL

Currently in the local security market, security firms either provide security guards and/or provide high technology surveillance systems like alarms, electronic locks, RFID/biometric access control & etc. These security systems can only deter an attack but cannot stop one e.g. electronic security system can only record or communicate a breach but cannot stop the breach; neither can the human guards stop an attack especially if the attackers are armed. Assuming all electronic and human security systems fail to stop an ongoing armed assault; what’s next? Armoured by RTCL can stop an attack. Be at home, office, factory or transport. Our products stop any attack in its track; no breach, no penetration, giving the victim time to assess the situation, plan and execute a response.

Founded in 2015, ‘Armoured by RTCL’ provides impeccable security services to its clientele such as Transport Security System (TSS) including Armoured Rental Vehicle, Glass Security System (GSS), Door Security System (DSS), and build impenetrable Safe Room.

How does it work?

  • One Way Side
  • polycarbonate material compresses, acrylic stretches
  • Bullet passes through soft polycarbonate layer and into acrylic layer which weakens as it stretches.
  • Bullet shatters acrylic, continuing with no loss of velocity or deflection
  • Protective side
  • When bullet strikes the acrylic outer layer (belittle, but very strong when compressed), it compresses, dense/strengthens, and absorbs/distributes the energy.
  • The polycarbonate layer, which has flexible characteristics, stretches as it dissipates the remaining bullet energy with no full penetration.
  • Spider webbing occurs on impact side, but inside glass remains smooth and undamaged

3. TRANSPORT SECURITY SYSTEM (TSS)

a. Using ARMOUR RESISTANCE LAMINATES FOR GLASS, WINDOWS ANY VEHICLE (LAND, WATER AND AIR) can be ARMOURED [made SMASHPROOF (rod, stick, rock, brick, hammer, bat etc), EXPLOSIONPROOF (Molotov-cocktail) and BULLETPROOF (9mm/0.44)].

DOOR SECURITY SYSTEM - Steel Security Doors from TURKEY​

The standard feature of all our doors are burglar proof, fire proof, sound proof and bullet resistance which come in over 250+ designs that can be customized in size and strength.

All doors are tested by TSE (Turkish Standards Institution) according to European Standard (EN) and are ISO 9001-2000 certified. These doors are entirely made in Turkey using 1.2mm, 1.5mm and 2.0mm low alloy hardened steel and filled with rock-wool and/or plasterboards and can easily be installed and uninstalled for relocation without damaging the doors in anyway.

The doors come inclusive of all the accessories i.e. heavy duty hinges, handles (both interior and exterior), monoblock locking system, knocker and peephole. These doors are sourced from 4 manufacturers giving us different capabilities.

Customers can choose the designs of knocker, peephole, both interior and exterior handles from a range of designs. Customers can further choose their own desired locking system from monoblock, half-door lock and central lock.

As add-on features, we can also equip the doors with digital peephole viewer, pass-code alarm system, finger-print and/or pass-code unlocking system. We can also customize doors of any model to any size or ballistic level or fire resistance level as desired by our customers. We have specially manufactured “FIRE EXIT” doors for industrial and commercial establishment which have been independently tested and certified by TSE as per European Standard (EN).

NO! AN UNTRAINED EYE CANNOT DISTINGUISH BETWEEN AN ARMOURED AND BASIC VEHICLE.
